Property Registry

Every AccountingProperty belongs to a PropertyRegistry. In most cases it is sufficent to refer to a property by its name but they can also be referred to using a full-name of the form [property-registry-name]:[property-name] . As the PropertyRegistry is usually named after the parser or policy that generates the property this can be used to disambiguate between two properties of the same name generated by different parsers/policies.
